Margin Insulation Tape Description:

Margin Insulation Tape is a specialized type of adhesive tape designed primarily for insulating the edges or margins of electrical components, wires, and other conductive materials. It plays an important role in electrical and electronic applications where insulation, safety, and protection from electrical shorts are essential. This tape provides a protective barrier to prevent accidental contact, short circuits, or electrical leakage along the edges of components.

Margin Insulation Tape Application:

  1. Wire Edge Insulation:Used on the edges of wires to prevent short circuits and electrical interference.
  2. PCB Edge Insulation:
Applied to the edges of PCBs to prevent unintended electrical contact and short circuits.
  3. Connector Insulation:Applied to connectors or terminals to isolate conductive parts and prevent electrical leakage.
  4. Battery Terminal Insulation:Used around battery terminals to prevent short circuits and discharge.
  5. Motor Edge Insulation:Applied to the edges of motors to prevent electrical faults and shorts.
  6. Electrical Panel Insulation:Used on electrical panel edges to prevent accidental contact with live parts.
  7. Transformer Component Insulation:Applied to transformer components to prevent electrical leakage and ensure safety.
  8. High-Voltage Cable Insulation:Applied to high-voltage cables to protect against electrical discharge and short circuits.

Storage:

  1. Store under normal conditions of 10-30℃ and 40-70% R.H, out of direct sunlight.
  2. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in initial packing.

Precaution Reminder:

  1. Surface should be clean, dry, free of dust, oil or other contaminants.
  2. Proper pressure required by roller, hand or press when applying.
  3. Avoid repeat sticking to prevent adhesion decrease.
