Double Sided PET Silicone Tape Description:
Double-Sided PET Silicone Tape is a high-performance industrial-grade adhesive tape. It consists of a thin, durable Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) film carrier coated on both sides with a high-tack, pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.
It is engineered for demanding applications where extreme temperatures, chemical resistance, and strong bonding of dissimilar materials are required. It serves as a clean and efficient alternative to liquid adhesives, mechanical fasteners, and other, less resilient tapes.
Carrier / Backing: PET Film
Properties: High tensile strength, excellent dimensional stability, tear-resistant, thin and conformable, resistant to most chemicals and solvents.
Function: Provides the structural backbone of the tape, allowing it to be handled easily and maintain integrity under stress. Its low elongation prevents stretching during application.
Adhesive: Silicone Adhesive (on both sides)
Properties: Exceptional high-temperature resistance (both heat and cold), excellent UV and ozone resistance, maintains adhesion in harsh environments, good conformability to uneven surfaces.
Function: Creates a powerful, permanent bond to a wide variety of surfaces. The silicone chemistry is key to its performance in extreme conditions.
Release Liner:
A paper or film liner (often double-coated for easy removal) protects the adhesive until the tape is ready for use.
Storage:
1. Store under normal conditions of 10-30℃ and 40-70% R.H, out of direct sunlight.
2. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in initial packing.
Precaution Reminder:
1. Surface should be clean, dry, free of dust, oil or other contaminants.
2. Proper pressure required by roller, hand or press when applying.
3. Avoid repeat sticking to prevent adhesion decrease.

1. Very competitive price and high quality control.
2. Timely delivery.
3. Environmentally friendly products.
